Who We Are

Meadow is a values-based marketing and communications cooperative composed of experienced professionals working across strategy, design, digital, and implementation. We are a collectively owned business that centers mutual accountability, transparency, flexibility, and humanity in our work.

We collaborate with nonprofits, foundations, public agencies, and other cooperatives—organizations committed to community well-being and advancing progress rooted in equity, justice, and accessibility.

Our Impact

Meadow is a public-benefit corporation. In 2025, we established Meadow Cooperative as a women-led communications firm and completed our first contract with a nonprofit client. Collectively, we contributed over 375 hours of volunteer work to community groups and nonprofit organizations.

2025 volunteer hours: 218 for advocacy & accountability, 67 health & safety, 50 arts, 45 mutual aid.
